Every program starts with a conversation. We learn about your goals, audience, budget, and show calendar so we can build a plan around what actually matters to you — no generic templates, no guesswork.

Concepts

STEP 02

Design Phase

Your vision takes shape and gets locked in before anything moves to production.

  • Concepts Our design team translates your goals into concepts — layout, materials, graphics, and technology — built around your brand standards.
  • Design Presentation We walk you through renderings and refine until it's right — no surprises when it hits the show floor.
  • Quote Review & Approval You get a clear, itemized quote before anything moves to production. Once approved, your budget and timeline are locked in.
Production

STEP 03

Production & Show Planning

Fabrication begins in-house while our team handles logistics — freight, labor, drayage, and show-site coordination — so every detail is scheduled well before we ship.

  • Production Your exhibit is built and finished in-house by our own fabrication team, with every detail checked against the approved design before it ever leaves the shop.
  • Show Services & Paperwork Bill of lading, rigging, electrical, show orders — we prepare and file the paperwork every show requires so you don't have to chase it down yourself.
Shipping to the Exhibiting Venue

STEP 04

Show Time

On show day, we ensure that the booth is wiped down and 100% show-ready before opening. We will be nearby if you ever need us.

  • Shipping to the Exhibiting Venue Freight and drayage are coordinated so your exhibit arrives on time and intact, right where it needs to be.
  • Full Installation Our crews install and supervise every element on-site, precise and on schedule.
  • Fit & Finish A final walkthrough and detailing pass so everything looks exactly right before doors open.
